Here are Lucys 6 month photos and I thought I would just update a bit about her progress.
This last 6 months has gone so fast in many ways but I feel like Lucy has always been here and she is just such a big part of the family now.
She is such a quiet little thing but amazingly the last 2 days has brought many new sounds and Lucy likes to hear herself babbling now,it has brought me so much joy to hear her and have the beautiful sounds of sweet baby noises in our house.

I have had an appointment for Lucy to have a heart scan on the 29th April as her little heart races very fast and although they have said they are not worried they will check that all is well and there are no problems,I have wondered if this is why she gets very tired as her heart is working too hard but I will find out soon enough and hopefully it will turn out to be nothing.

Lucy now weighs 11lb and 4 oz a very tiny 6 month old in fact her daddy was almost this big when he was born so my little baby still looks like a 2 month old and I am relishing these times as she will be my last baby so I am soaking it up and not letting a moment of her babyhood go by without marvelling at her achievements.

Reflecting over this last 6 months there have been very sad times but also and more importantly many many more happy joyfull times and it is these moments that I will choose to hold in my heart.
